Plugin not sorting logos

    When I go into the sort logos tab, then re-order the logo and save – it doesn’t seem to do anything. I can’t change the order of the logos being displayed. I was using a caching plugin but I disabled it and same results.

    I’ve tried a number of shortcodes
    [logo_grid]
    [logoshowcase]
    [logoshowcase order=”ASC”]

    nothing seems to re-order the logos? Help please?

    I figured out a way to temporarily re-order them – it seems if I delete a logo and re-add it to the list, it becomes the first logo displayed. Definitely not ideal, but wondering if that helps figure out why the drag and drop sort function is not working?

    Sorry for Inconvenience but free plugin dosen’t support “Menu Order” (drag and drop sorting function) so can you please tell us how did you use that functionality ?

    I actually have a license key. I thought I read when looking for the support page that “all support is now handled through the WP plugin page” I guess I should open a ticket through WP support then?
