    Can you provide a link to your site where Disqus is not loading? Can you provide the debug information that’s located within the plugin settings?

    That will help us take a closer look. Thanks.

    I found something that worked for me.
    While in the post/page editor (wherever you want to install Disqus), click on the drop-down menu on “screen options” (top-right area). You will see a bunch of options including “Discussions”.
    Make sure that option is checked. What it does is it adds the “Discussion” options panel underneath the post/page (scroll down to confirm).
    On the “Discussions” option panel, you will see an option that says “Allow Comments”
    Make Sure it is checked.

    Once I carried out all these steps, the Disqus comments section showed up. Now I am not sure if I have to this every time I post, or if it is now turned on for all the times I post. I am also investigation if changing this setting on a post affects pages, and vice versa.

    Just checked these and here is what I found:
    The “Screen Options” affect either posts or pages, depending on where you update from e.g. changing screen options to display “discussions” from the Posts page will mean all posts will have that option turned on.
    The “Allow comments” check on the Discussion options panel has to be checked for every post/page. The setting doesnt apply globally. This is good in a way, in that it gives you control over which posts/pages you can allow commenting on. On the other hand, if you want commenting on most/all posts, it can be a pain to have to remember to check the option.

    The Disqus plugin is designed to replace the WordPress comments module anywhere where comments are enabled. As @yourwebpro mentioned, you’ll need to make sure comments are enabled on the page where you want Disqus to appear.

    @yourwebpro Thanks it worked
