Plugin not showing result of article status, Production Articles not updating

  • Guys I have this problem with FB Instant Articles wordpress plugin. Please see the image here https://i.share.pho.to/873a0ae3_o.png. The blue on the center just keep on circling not showing the result of the article.

    I tried to uninstall and re-install the plugin numerous times and disable other plugins but the result is still the same.

    And the FB Production Articles is not showing new articles from my site despite numerous times updating the articles.

    I hope there is a solution to this problem.
