    Hello @dabodude

thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you please provide us with some more details:
    – What versions are you using of the browsers?
    – What device are you using when you are testing the site?
    – Can you share the URL of your site?

We have seen in the past that the device that was used does not get support any longer and the manufacturer does not support the web applications we use, since they don’t update the OS and browser for this anymore.

Pending your response with the requested details.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Thank you Joost.

This is happening (at least) on this version of Safari 11.0.2 (13604.4.7.1.3)
I tested this on a Macbook Air and on an iMac.
You could try it yourself at https://elleebana.mx

True, this doesn’t happen on more updated versions of Safari, however, we do have many customers that seem to have this problem since for some reason, they don’t update their OS.

Is there any way around to fix this for older versions of Safari? Should we go back to the native version of the Paypal integration?

    Thank you again!

    Hello @dabodude

we have already a bug ticket open for this, but since this does not affect all merchants it will not have as high of a priority as other bugs we are still working on getting fixed. So it might take some time before we get this fixed.

The option to switch back to an older PayPal plugin is still available until March 2022, so this choice is a valid one and up to you to decide if you want to do this.

I have linked this thread to the bug, so you will be updated when there is any workaround or fix available for this issue. For now I will mark this thread as resolved, since we have no further actions required at this time.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
