plugin not showing on two websites running latest WP version

    The plugin has been set up on two sites we manage but is not showing the FB Chat button on any page on either site.

    Both sites are running the latest version of WP but use different themes.

    Using Chrome Dev tools, I can see that the plugin has generated the required code but it is not showing on the screen.

    I have added a z-index of 9999 which should force the output to the top layer but it does not show at all.

    I’ve opened up both the URLs you shared, and the Chat plugin loaded successfully on both. Looks all good here!
