Plugin not showing on home page

    I’m having trouble with getting my pop up to show on my home page of https://www.katiesmyth.com.

    I have it set to appear on All Pages (except some that I have excluded) and I’ve tested on all other pages with success. The only page not working is my home page.

    I think it might have something to do with my home page showing all of my blog posts and not necessarily being ‘static’ or something…

    Hi Katie,

    Thank you for informing us of this issue! Unfortunately, PopupAlly does not deal with Front Page that shows blog posts that well at the moment. What happens is that PopupAlly thinks the page is showing the posts, but as you did not select the popup to show for posts, it is not shown.

    A workaround for now is in addition to selecting ‘All Pages’, you can also select ‘All Posts”. This will make sure the popup appears on all pages/posts, including the front page.

    We will add this bug to our development queue and it should be corrected in the next release that allows for you to specifically select ‘Front Page’
