I added some “add-on services” with dashes in the titles and the front end stopped showing the form. I have the right settings, I’ve also disabled every plugin and still nothing. I deleted all the “add-on services” I had originally with the dashes and put on one test add-on service which then showed and everything came back though I’m not sure what I did had anything to do with it.

I’ve gone back and added more “add on services” and nothing shows on the front end again but it doesn’t seem to matter what I do it’s just not there.

When things did show on the front end for that short period of time the form wasn’t working well. The single calendar wouldn’t show time or allow clicking of the date on the calendar. Please help.

    Hello,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you,

I suspect there might be a misconfiguration in the settings causing the additional services not to appear on the frontend.
Please connect with our support team they will help you.

After a few days of not working on the website, they reappeared on the front end when I checked it. I then changed Woopay from having an express button on the page and they immediately disappeared again. I’m sure it’s not a configuration setting. The settings are all perfect. I initially saw the front end as it should be and was very relieved at first thinking it was just a glitch. However, no matter what I do they don’t come back. It isn’t just the additional services, it is the features of the booking plugin. There is no calendar, book now button, or the listed additional services. It is as if your plugin doesn’t exist and it doesn’t matter if I do anything or change anything, nothing happens. I’ve also changed themes and still nothing.

Is this not connecting with the support team by leaving a message here?

I checked it again today and voila it is back. I am wondering if something is wrong with how soon it updates. If I change something again on my website, I fear that it will disappear again and I will have to wait another day to see my updates.

    Hello,
Thanks for your kind patience so far.

If the issue keeps happening repeatedly, we will investigate from our side to determine the cause. It appears that the problem may be caused by a third-party plugin or a code snippet.

I already explained in a previous message that I have disabled every single plugin except woocommerce and even changed the theme to 2024 and it still happens. It’s not another plugin. I don’t add code snippets and the front end info only disappears whenever I change anything on my website. This plugin would be exactly what I need but if I can’t get it to work soon I’m going to have to find another.
