Plugin not showing in WordPress menu

    Hi,
    I recently installed this plugin, found out it has an issue when reading comments on this board. Asked about the problem TWICE…and no answer.

    Francois or anyone else, can I hear back from someone as to WHEN the plugin is going to be fixed and functional?? Is there an ETA on someone planning board or kanban board that mentions WHEN this thing is going to function properly.

  • Hi, Nick!

    The iframe was indeed removed, though this doesn’t mean the plugin isn’t functional (unless you’re experiencing other issues, of course). The plugin is just the shipping calculator and not the actual integration.

    As of now, we haven’t received any other complaints about the shipping calculator not working overall – if there are any other issues, could you please elaborate?

    I’m fine now. I was expecting something more from the plugin.
