Plugin not showing for author

Or you can modify the current condition to allow access the plugin pages to Editor and Author role users:

if ( current_user_can( 'manage_options' ) || current_user_can( 'edit_others_pages' ) || current_user_can( 'edit_published_pages' ) ) {
     ....
     ....
}
