    Hi,

I want to bring in below options for calculation shipping using australia post.

    o Tube (rolled) Standard

    o Tube (rolled) Express

    o Flat Standard

    o Flat Express

    How can I achieve this?
    Does this plugin support this?

    Regards,
    Manjeet

    Hello Manjeet,
I’m not aware of certain services called Tube or Flat among Australia Post services.
But with this plugin, you can display Regular Post and Express Post shipping options of Australia Post.

    Thanks for your reply Waseem.
Could you please let me know if this plugin – free or pro version will provide below functionality?

    Postage Features:

    1) Offer multiple postage choices based on the below parameters
    2) Print size (therefore the envelope size used – assuming we would enter the dimensions and weight in the back end for the Aust Post API to then calculate price)
    3) Customer location
    4) Ability to select express or standard post option using the above selections
    5) Ability to select whether send using a flat envelope or a roll tube using the above selections
    6) Ability to add a handling fee if required
    7) Ability to offer tracking or no tracking
    8) Not be locked in to Australia Post Only Products (I will have my own envelopes/tubes in stock to use so will need to enter the dimensions of each of these)
    9) Set the maximum quantity of images that can be posted in one envelope (therefore only charging the customer one lot of postage up to this quantity)
    10) Ability to send the tracking into to the customer once posted

    Thanks

    Regards,
    Manjeet

    Hello @manjeet1

I will comment only on the points where it may not be possible for the plugin to handle.

    5) The type of packaging is not displayed to the customer. It is up to the shop owner to package the items as they wish. What is displayed to the customer is the service types: Regular, Express, Courier.

    7) There is an option to add a tracking number to the WooCommerce order and display that to the customer. But at Checkout, the customer can not choose whether he needs tracking or not.

    9) That is not possible at the moment, the plugin will try its best to calculate the capacity of the envelopes automatically.

The other points can be done using the plugin.

Please, let me know if you have any other questions.

    Best Wishes,
    Waseem
