Plugin not showing

    Hi,

    I’ve just installed the plugin. I didn’t get any errors and the activation was succesfull. I also see the activated plugin in the list of plugins, but I can’t see it on the left side, so I can’t use it.

    Any help?

    Hmm that’s odd. Please can you post a screenshot showing how it looks?

    Also, to rule out any conflicts please try deactivating your other plugins and see if this fixes it.

    And a couple of questions:

    + Do you have full Admin level access or are you a different user role?

    + What happens if you switch to default twenty twelve theme?

    Ok great, thanks for reporting back Florian. Which plugin was it please? It is helpful to know in case another user has the same problem
