Plugin not sharing correct image

    My posts have images coded specifically for Pinterest, but this plugin is pulling only the post’s featured image. Before the plugin, Jetpack was pulling the correct image. Is this able to be corrected? Thanks

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    This plugin does not control what images are picked up by Pinterest and other sharing buttons when using Jetpack’s sharing buttons. This is all managed by Jetpack, or other plugins that add Open Graph Meta Tags to your site if you use any.

    Jetpack itself will allow Pinterest to pick different images depending on the button style you choose. You can read more about this here:

    I was able to fix it. I can’t say that I understand it, but it’s now working. All I did was switch my share buttons from “Official Buttons” to “Icon Only” and it started pulling the right image.

    This was my original setting, I just thought I would try a different look. I did not expect that to cause any issues. The important thing is that it all works now.
