• I just installed this plugin and it works fine except that it does not send the customer an email with their shipment tracking info after marking the order complete. There is a section for this in the plugin settings so I assume it should have this functionality.

    Please advise.

    If this functionality isn’t working I would never pay for this plugin past the trial.

    Hi,
    Can you share your installation details like which WooCommerce & WP & Plugin version?
    Can you place test order for your self and check emails (including spam email)?
    Are any other emails going out from WooCommerce? (like order confirmation etc.)
