Plugin not sending API calls to Mailchimp

    I′ve been on support with Mailchimp now, and they say no information is being recorded on their end when we tried placing a test order. Is there a way we could resolve this? I have the premium version of your plugin and everything looks fine both in backend and on my mailchimp site.
