Hello there,
I have set up the plugin correctly but still I can’t see the shipping rates on checkout.
On the backend, the API of the UPS account shows up as “ok”, no errors. I also need the negotiated rates (this option is active already on my site).

Could you please send us the screenshot of the UPS shipping method, the Checkout page with the not showing rates and also the information copy-pasted from the Debug mode in the Checkout page (request and response)?

Hey there,
Yes it is. I have two different shipping zones (one for free shipping for orders above USD 150 only in new jersey). Maybe it has something to do with that? Please check the screenshot and let me know what you think.

Can you add a flat rate in the same shipping zone and see if it will be used?

I did that and the flat rate that I added in the same shipping zone appears, but not the UPS shipping rates.

Hi,

maybe your theme doesn’t support debug mode messages. Please check the storefront theme.

After verifying what Grzegorz mentioned above. Please also make sure you enter the correct address on the checkout page.

Are there no rates for a specific address?

From what I could see, UPS rates are available in your store:

In the first screenshot you uploaded, you have entered a New Jeresa address:

and in the New Jersey zone, the UPS shipping method is missing:

If you select “Ship to a different address?” then please note that the address below will be the one used in your shipping cost calculation.
