Plugin not restricting access

    I have installed the plugin and created a new membership level. To test the plugin I have restricted the member to being allowed to view only one page using a positive rule.
    However, when I view the site as that membership level I am still able to navigate to any page I choose.
    I’ve gone through all the options and cannot work out what is wrong!

    Could you please share me the screenshot of membership level settings and membership general settings?

    For screenshots, you can simply provide a link to an image through Google Drive, Dropbox, screencast.com, https://imgur.com/ or other image service. ??

    Also please tell me how you are testing it so that i can troubleshoot the issue.

    Thanks so much for your patience here! I see you’ve got a Basic level, is that the level you were testing initially?

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the rules for that level?

    Could you also let us know how you’re testing that? Did you create a new user and move that user to that level? And you logged in as that user to test it?

    That’ll help us get to the bottom of this. Looking forward to getting this sorted asap! ??
