Plugin not responsive?

I just want to double check with the developers before offering up a poor rating… the description says that the plugin is responsive… but It is clearly not responsive as can be seen on the developer’s own demo pages

and several others (just go through the demos and airdrop to your phone or view in responsive design mode)

So, is it that the demos are not responsive of is the plugin not responsive?
