Plugin not respecting intensity level setting

Hey guys,
I set the Intensity to 2 – https://prnt.sc/261wpic – and with that the plugin should mount the menu only the title H2 and H3, but it is also entering lower levels (H4): https://prnt.sc/261x2e2
What could be happening?
