Plugin not redirecting certain pathway

Hello, I’m a bit new to all of this so please bear with me. I recently rebuilt my site on WordPress after having originally hosted it on Wix. I’m using SEO Redirection to redirect all the old links on my social media pages. My last two posts had pathways formatted as you see below and redirect just fine:
From: https://www.monkey-bites.com/single-post/2016/10/18/Deckhand-Oyster-Bar-Seafood
To: https://monkey-bites.com/deckhand/However, the bulk of my posts have URLs with pathways formatted a little differently and do not redirect:
From: https://www.monkey-bites.com/#!Thai-Chicken-Curry/c21kp/5773f18a0cf2f8d6d10fb21e
To: https://monkey-bites.com/thai-chicken-curry/The plugin shows that it should be redirecting correctly:
Even though the plugin shows that the link should be redirecting, clicking on it takes the user to the original URL, which results in the user ending up at the homepage since that pathway no longer exists. The domain has not changed, only the pathways. I’m at a loss as to how to fix this and any help is much appreciated.
