• Hi there,

The redirects that were setup by the plugin and are still active are not redirecting to the specified pages. I believe this happened after updating the plugin to the latest version (can’t pinpoint the time this issue started but the dev recently had updated plugins and that’s when I noticed it).

Also, interestingly, if I run the old URL on httpstatus.io tool, it shows 200 status code even though it’s a 404 when I try to open/load the link.

Anybody is having this issue? What could be some solutions to try/test? Thanks!

    Hello.

If an httpstatus.io is showing a 200 maybe it’s your browser or your machine. It’s probably a good idea to try a different browser etc.

You can see what the plugin is doing and if it is capturing a 404 by turning on debug logging. It’s on the settings page under Advanced Settings Etc (at the bottom of that section).

    1. Put a check next to “Debug logging”
    2. Click “Save Settings” at the bottom
    3. Click the “Delete the Debug File” button at the bottom of the Advanced Setting Etc section
    4. Try the URL that should be redirecting but is not.
    5. Back at the Settings page, click the “View” the debug file link.
    6. Copy and paste the debug file or at least the last two pages to https://pastebin.com/
    7. Click the “Create New Paste” button at the bottom after pasting the debug file contents
    8. Send me the new URL from pastebin here, so I can see your debug file.

If there’s no 404 then there will be no mention of the URL in the debug log though.

Note: Do not paste the log file here as it’s too long for the forum here.
