Plugin not recognising A2 as my host

    Hello,

    Last night, you migrated my hosting (www.tigresnation.com) from Bluehost to A2. I changed my nameservers several hours ago. It seems DNS propagation has more or less finished.

    I have installed the A2 Optimized WP plugin. However, the plugin is not recognising that A2 is my host.

    In the “Warnings” tab, it says “Not Hosted with A2 Hosting”. If I click on “Configure”, it takes me to an A2 signup page.

    In the “Optimization Status” tab, five options are unavailable. They say “A2 HOSTING EXCLUSIVE OPTIMIZATION” alongside them.

    I know from experience that two of those features – Turbo Web Hosting and Memcached Database and Object Cache – are not available on my plan. However, I also know “Login URL Change”, “reCAPTCHA on comments and login”, and “Compress Images on Upload” should be available.

    Lastly, in “Advanced Optimizations”, Cloudflare is not available. It says “Host with A2 Hosting to take advantage of one click CloudFlare configuration.”

    As I said, the plugin clearly does not recognise that my hosting is now with A2.

    Please advise…
