Plugin Not Playing Nicely with Theme

    I’ve installed the plugin on a site using the Divi Theme. It’s not working properly, though.

    In the Divi designer, clicking the button does nothing. If I click the button while in the normal WordPress editor the Insert Shortcode window opens but then you click on any of the shortcodes their accompanying windows are partly hidden by the Insert Shortcode window.

    I’d appreciate it if you would consider investigating this issue. The widget looks amazing and I’d love to be able to use it on more sights.

    Hello robhob,

    We don’t plan to support Divi Builder in the free version of the plugin.

    Can’t say right now when the premium version will be available.

    Till then you can generate elements’ shortcodes and insert the shortcodes into some Divi element that’s able to handle them.

    Is there a way to generate the shortcodes without using the button on the text editor?

    Using the button is the most simple way to generate the shortcode.
    Alternative: you can type it manually (as most of the other 3-rd party shortcodes are supposed to be used).

    By the way, just to better understand the market: would you purchase the Divi-compatible version of the plugin if it would cost $19?

    Thanks, do you have a guide to manually creating the shortcode? Something that defines the parameters?

    With regard to a Divi compatible version, I’d be happy to pay $19 as long as it has an unlimited site license. Many Divi plugins are sold like this.

    You don’t need this guide, as you already have the bundled shortcode builder that is available in standard content editor: https://codelights.com/builders/shortcode-builder/
