Plugin not making changes

  • Hi I am trying to make this plugin work as it is exactly what I need. I tried sending an email to: danaila_iulian with no response.

    My problem is, I edit with enhanced edit. I save and then when I view page nothing has changed. Also Visual Composer not loading all though I changed user roles on VC plugin as suggested on another suppot thread…

    Hi, please make sure that in your theme, in the template that is being used for showing category pages, usually archive.php or category.php, you have output for category_description function.

    Adding this will do the trick:
    <?php echo category_description(); ?>

    Thank you Danaila, This did the trick. Right now the remaining problem is visual composer is not showing. Please help me solve this thanks again!

    Hi, we will investigate what is happening with Visual Composer, cause it’s supposed to be working.

    Also, I have refreshed my email address in my account, apparently there was an old one which is not active anymore.
