Plugin not loading

When I click on Bulk Editing > Woo Orders on my dashboard panel, the page just keeps loading and doesn’t show the “excel” view at all. How do I fix it? It has been like this for weeks and I can’t seem to get support from anywhere. I paid for Pro and it’s sad that it has not been working for me now.
