Plugin Not Indicating It Needs to be Updated but it is v 1.0.9

    Hi+
    We’ve been using this plugin for some time now and I just discovered that it does not indicate on my WordPress Platform that it needs to be updated but here I see you have this plugin at version 2.3.1 and my version is at 1.0.9 – why has the one I’m using not indicated that there is an update available? How do I get the updated version on my site without losing the tables I’m currently using?

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us. I think this is not an issue related with the plugin. If the plugin is in the WordPress plugins directory then the update notification is provided by WordPress itself in your WP admin. From here it’s hard to tell why you’re not getting update notifications! You can download the plugin from here and then upload it by yourself. Let me know if you still have trouble to update the plugin.

    Hi+ Thanks for the guidance. If I download & then upload the newest version of this plugin what steps do I need to take to ensure that the existing Table I’m already using via the old version is not lost? Thanks, +ES

    If you update it correctly manually, then there are no chance to loss any data. If you are not familiar with this process, you can take help from a professional.
