    Hello Guys

Since the last Update the Ultimate Members Plugin is not in my Installed Plugins List anymore, but can also not be installed, because the directory is used.

How do i get it activated again? And how did that happen?
Withouth this Plugin my Membersection (separated Login) is open to everyone…

    Best Regards, Robert

    Hello @ifityou

You can delete the ultimate-member plugin folder with FTP or install “File manager” plugin so that you can rename wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member to something. Doing this allows you to install a fresh copy of Ultimate member.

Ok. Makes it sense to rename it and use the old (renamed) folder after that again?

Any idea how that can happen?

    Hi @ifityou

Have you tried renaming it to deactivate UM already and installing a fresh copy of UM? Does it show in the Plugin list after doing this?

But can anyone tell me why this happened? I lost a half workingday on that problem and want to be safe in the future…
