plugin not getting metadata

  • The plugin will not update any metadata and when I click Check Meta Data, it tries and never stops looking and never updates it.

    When I try to post the url for the funnel it does not show any meta data received, so no image shows up or details that are in the Settings in the funnel.

    Please help!
