    Hi,

I have excluded myself from traffic reports by selecting “Exclude tracking for Administrators”, but the plugin is still tracking me.

Also, this doesn’t relate to the plugin, but I have excluded my own IP from Google Analytics and I am still being tracked. Can you offer some guidance on this?

    Thanks in advance,
    Carlos.

  • Hi Carlos,

What is the site URL in question?

    Can you please include screenshots?

    Thanks!

    Hi Jay,

    Thanks for replying.

The plugin seems to be working fine now; I don’t know why it wasn’t at that time. Just out of curiosity: have you been alerted about this behavior from other users?

    Thank you!
    Carlos.

    Hi Carlos,

No, I haven’t heard of this happening with filters.

Prior to the IP filter being added, it could’ve been an issue of caching on the site if you having that set up on your site.

    Thanks!

I’ll keep an eye on that.

    Thanks again, Jay ??
