• I’m using the Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7 plugin to filter our unqualified candidates on my application. The form is working fine however, all the conditioned fields (step two of my form) do not arrive rendered correctly to my inbox. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

    Thanks!

I haven’t tried the Conditional Fields plugin so I’ll need to check it out and look into their code. Hopefully I’ll have something some time next week.

I am having a similar problem. IT seems that on pages with a few conditional fields (1-3) it works fine. But on those pages with 4 or more conditional fields, it does no include those in the final email. I believe it was working with V2.23 of conditional fields, but not with V2.25 and up.

I have the same issue – would be great if they could be made compatible.

Any progress on solving this particular problem? It would be greatly appreciated.

wow one month goes by fast.

I tried it this morning and it seems to be working fine for the free version. I do see something wrong with the PRO version and that will be updated soon.

If you have the free version and are experiencing problems, could you either give me a link to the problem form or paste some code of your form(s) with the conditional fields? I’ve tried it with 4 conditional fields on one step and 5 on another step. All go through mail ok. I’m thinking it may be something specific.

    Hey @webheadllc

Just did the update and it’s still not working. I’m using the free version though. Here is a link to the other support post I created in the conditional fields forum. It has more information regarding the problem.

    Hi,

You may want to try a simplified version of the form. Start with just one conditional field and work your way up to the full form. I tried a small portion of your form and it sends the conditional field in the mail, but I don’t have the time to debug your entire form. If you can narrow down the problem in a simplified form I can look into it and see if there’s a way to resolve it.
