Plugin not displaying properly

Hello, on the page I linked above you can see the Facebook Like Button plugin loading just above the header title. It appears that the height and width is too small. I tried manipulating the width using the settings but no matter how large of a number I enter, there seems to be no effect. Also I need to remove the thin border around the button. I am not opposed to using CSS and have an area in the theme settings for custom CSS. My problem is that all of the CSS I am trying has had no change in the way it is displayed. Thank you for your time and patience.
