Plugin Not Displaying on Page

  • Even though I have the plugin activated on the backend and turned on for the page I am working with. Nothing is displaying on the front end. I am running wordpress 4.9.6 with a Child Gensis theme version 2.6.1. Do I have to do something to my theme files?

    I do not have access to a Genesis based theme to test… Could your ask their support team if they save the page content in the core WordPress post content? If they do not, then ezTOC will not work because it applies the TOC using the core WordPress the_content filter.
