Plugin Not Displaying

    I have downloaded and activated the plugin. I can see the settings portal but it is not showing up as a meta box on my Page and Post pages. We are running a Genesis Theme. How can I get the plugin to display properly?

    On the Table of Contents Settings admin page, is TOC enabled for Pages and Posts?

    Yes it is. for some reason it is now appearing on the site when I checked again today. Must of have been a caching issue with my browser. Thank you.
