Instagram Feed not Displaying

    I have had no response from support which was months ago now. I’ve just logged another one via WP Admin but I will now post here.

    I’m constantly having issues with the Plugin not displaying the Instagram Feed. I’ve deleted and re-added the shortcode.I’ve tried using the legacy widget as well. I’ve disconnected and reconnected the Instagram account and still does not work and now I’m just at my wits ends.

    Can someone please provide me some actual support and assistance on this issue?

    Hi there,

    I am sorry for the late reply. We were under the heavy influx of customer support requests on the new year sale and this must have slipped through the cracks.

    Please note that Facebook/Instagram expires the token in case the password of the account is changed, a security setting is changed or any other privacy setting was modified. In such cases, the only option is to delete the connection and connect it again.

    I noticed the feed is now working on your site:
