Plugin not detecting redis or memcached

    I had Redis activated in the PHP extensions setting (Litespeed server, PHP 7.3) but it was not detected by this plugin in object cache settings (says Redis is disabled). Same for Memcached (I tested it too). What could be the issue?

    Hi,

    Could you please create a phpinfo file to make sure redis is loaded ?

    and also check in SSH that Redis is installed ?

    type “redis-cli” if you can connect to redis.

    It began detecting a month ago. But I saw your recommendation that if full page caching is done then object caching won’t help much?
