    Hi, Im using your plguin in my site since 2 years ago but something went wrong 3 days ago.

    I have updates orange notify counter on dashboard, I updated some plugins and I dont remember if I updated also this plugin.After than I saw my site offline but this happend becuase Host operator was migrating our Shared Hosting server than everything is ok site came back after some minutes.

    When I went to the Visitor Maps – Who’s Been Online Page I got a screen like this

    I had my ip address as italian ip but now its showing the server ip as my ip, also its not counting other visitors wich are online.
    This site every minute has more than 100 – 200 online and its impossible ?? (minimum 20 – 50) but for 3 days shows allways 0.

    I belive that it can be a server problem too because yoru plugin is awesome and as I told you Im using for years.But if you have any idea about how can I fix that can u please give us a help?

    Hi, can you speak to your host about this issue?

    Since the plugin was working correctly while you were using s shared server account and only once you moved to a new server it stopped working correctly. Then I suspect that the current server is missing some settings or other.

    Yes I think the problem in any configuration on the server however thanks for your reply.

    Can you mark this support thread as resolved, since it is related to your server and not the plugin.

    If you run into any other issue, can you open up another support ticket.
