Plugin not completely working

Hello, I’m installed the free version of the plugin.

Everything seems works good, every page is displayed, the form is correctly loaded.

I tried to make a donation logged as administrator; after filled all fields, and click on submit, nothing happened.

Already tried turn off all plugins, but same problem.
