Plugin not completely working

The Plugin is great and simple to use. Definitely better than the same feature in iThemes Security Plugin.

But there is an issue —

1. For https://www.xyz.com/wp-admin/
https://www.xyz.com/wp-admin/customize.php
It is returning a blank page with “This has been disabled” – BAD

2. For https://www.xyz.com/wp-admin/wp-register.php
https://www.xyz.com/wp-register.php
It is redirecting to Login Page with “User registration is currently not allowed.” – BAD

3. For https://www.xyz.com/wp-admin.php
https://www.xyz.com/wp-login.php
https://www.xyz.com/wp-login
It is returning a Error 404 – Good

4. For https://www.xyz.com/secure-user/
It is returning the Login Page – Good

How do we solve 1 and 2??
