I, my website is made with the Enfold theme and so far it has been working fine with the SG optimizer. After the last update I have noticed a series of error messages appeared on the footer area of my website. They were several text lines related to the SG plugin.
First they were on the home page and then on the blog area.
I contacted SG support and they confirmed the current version of the SG optimizer is not compatible with Enfold theme.
I had to deactivate the plugin to make those lines go away (so now there is no point in linking that webpage).
I have some screenshots that would explain this problem better but it seems I cannot attach any files from here.
Please let me know if you manage to fix that as your plugin was very useful for my website.
    Thanks
    Nicole

I am sure that our team did not say that SG Optimizer is incompatible with Enfold. We have thousands of clients that use it.

Please, provide a ticket ID when that conversation happened so I can look into it and provide appropriate feedback.

I am afradid the rest of the information shared is not enough to perform a proper troubleshooting though. Please provide site URL, pages with issues and we will dig deeper.

Hi Hristo, thanks a lot for your reply.

Just to avoid any misunderstanding. I did not mean to say someone from the team said that. I just noticed that myself on my website after the latest update and the SG support suggested to let you know.

the page where I saw those error messages in the footer is tnvirtualassistant.com/blog but now you won’t see anything as I had to deactivate the plugin to make them disappear.
I have uploaded some screenshot which you can find here

Thanks a lot for your help.

It has nothing to do with the SG Optimizer update but the fact that you’ve had the Enfold minification enabled plus the SG Optimizer one too. Please, do not duplicate functionality especially one that is related to site speed and performance. That can often lead to problems like the one you’ve experienced.
