plugin not calculating shipping on checkout page

  • Hi I am battling with this set up i have my DHL Site id, password and account number that are all correct but i cannot get the plugin to work.

    Under shipping i get the following error.

    There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

  • Hi,

    Please make sure the products have weight and dimensions in both parent and variations.

    And if you’re using live API credentials and account number you’ll have to change the API mode to live and under the Rates and services tab in the plugin settings, you’ll have to enable “Show Account Rates” option.

    Hi Have been testing with the following product “Cressi Nano” under masks i have added the weight and the dimensions. It is a simple product and does not have any variations.

    Show DHL Account Rates is enabled.

    I am using test mode in my general settings.

    Please change the API mode to Live and see, because to use the Live credentials you need to use the Live API mode,
