    We have installed the plugin and activated it at the network level in our WP multi-site instance. However, when going to WooCommerce>Payments to activate it for an individual site it’s not showing up as an option. Additionally, when I visit the plugin page via Add New Plugin it does not show as active. Are there additional steps we need to take so we can choose it as a payment option for one of our sites?

    Thank you for reaching out.
    This plugin was created as a proprietary plugin without multi-site feature/support in the current version.

    What we can do here would be –

    1. We can notify our client PhoenixGate to get the approval for the additional work to make it compatible with WP multisites. You can expect 2-3 months for this new update to be completed if the company agrees.
    2. Or we can discuss if you’d like to fund this feature update and enhanced version and we will provide it as a propitiatory plugin for you and your company to use on any number of websites. This can be done in 2-3 weeks if you’d approve. In this case we suggest to have a briefing screen share call to discuss implementation, your requirements and detailed SOW.
