Plugin not automatically retrieving new reviews

Hi! I have this plugin and its been working great. However, I have the total number of reviews listed throughout the website and it is not automatically updating that count. Right now, the plugin on the website lists 152 reviews but when you search the business on Google, they have 157 reviews. I have auto fetch reviews enabled so am not sure why this is not updating. Please advise! Thanks
