Plugin not attaching the invoice to the Order Finalized email anymore

Been having the same issue here at the moment and can’t seem to find any related errors in the log files either.

Are you using any email service plugin like Sendinblue or Mailpoet?

I’m using the WP Offload SES Lite plugin for AWS SES if that helps

@torlockc do you know if it supports attachments?

@burner2050 how are you sending the emails using Mailpoet? See image below:

You need to select the WordPress method.

@alexmigf it does support up to 40MB attachments

@torlockc if you disable the plugin the attachments work?

Hi @alexmigf, disabling does fix the issue. Do you know more about why this is as we’d prefer to use AWS SES for email sending over WP due to better delivery?

My recommendation is to contact the WP Offload SES Lite developers and/or AWS SES support to try to find out why is this happening, since we do not control the mail sending itself. Hope it helps!
