Plugin Not Allowing Page to Display

    It seems that something has happened with this plugin and the website in question; it had been displaying fine until sometime over the weekend or early Monday morning when the site’s homepage (which is where the plugin was set), stopped displaying, only showing a pink bar at the top of the screen when trying to load through. I traced it back to this plugin; once the shortcode was removed from the page, it displayed normally.

    I have created a test page with the shortcode that was generated through the plugin, and it has the same issue. All other plugins and the theme is up to date (BeTheme). Any thoughts on where this is breaking?

    Hi @risaacmikro,

    It looks like some issue with API and there is no error message sent by Facebook. Can you please try deleting the account from Dashboard > Facebook > Authenticate. Then reconnect the account with plugin and clear the cache. Then generate the new shortcode and add in the page.

    Using the same theme and having the same issue. Is there a solution that will allow pics to be embedded?
