Plugin not allowing approved IP’s

The plugin just recently stopped working. It seemed to be working fine before about mid last week. It started directing everyone to the login page – even approved IP addresses.
I’ve upgraded to version 7.2 and the problem is not resolved. Is there anything else we can do?
