Plugin not activating

Hey, there. Excited to try this plugin & integrate with imgix, but can’t get the plugin to activate…?? I tried changing themes to a basic one to see if it might be a theme conflict, but still no luck.
Any thoughts? Want me to create a username for you to access in case this might occur with other peeps?
