Plugin not activated?

    I have downloaded, installed and activated the EU VAT plugin but it is not working. When I go to the wordpress dashboard the plugin is not mentioned under WooCommerce. The plugin is 100% installed and activated. On our other websites it is working fine.
    Can you please help me with this?

    If the plugin is not activated, it means that either some requirements are missing (in which case, you will see a message at the top of the admin page (see example: https://prntscr.com/dieti6), or something is causing a conflict that prevents the plugin from initialising.
    In this second case, you can enable the WP_DEBUG option in your WordPress configuration, to see if there is any error, and disable other plugins to check if any of them might be triggering a conflict.

    As you have noticed, the plugin usually works fine. The objective should be finding the difference between your other site, where all runs properly, and the one where you don’t see the settings.

    Thank you, I have deactivated all of the plugins and installed Aelia Foundation Classes for WooCommerce which was missing. Now it’s working.
