Plugin non visible

The plugin shows the cookie consent on the homepage, but whenever I load any other page, the plugin is hidden by my ads. Can I have the plugin showing above the ads?

The z-index value of the ads is higher than that of the cookie consent message bar.
Please add below CSS into your active theme style.css
#cookie-law-info-bar{
z-index: 9999999999;
}
