Plugin no longer working?

    Purchased and installed the pro version this AM. Got it all configured to my liking and it worked fine. Came back to my site a few hrs later to check it out again and the lightbox is no longer working – as in when an image is clicked it just opens the image up in a sole tab. It is as if the plugin was installed and I had no other lightbox/popup image viewer. I checked all settings and they are the same. The default (enable plugin for all images) is still checked. Did not change any other settings on the site…

    Thoughts?

    Update: Discovered that it is working on some images but not others. Also double checked and none of these image settings had changed. All are and have been set to “link to media file”. However, this plugin seems to be working randomly on my site. (www.plastibots.com)

    We can’t help you if you do not want it.

    On your website there is full of scripts that interfere with our plugin, it’s not our fault, but you even refuse some help from us.
    It’s very strange!

    Update: All fixed. Discovered the issue is related to a plugin called Comment Sorter. Watch out if you are using both. Just get rid of Comment Sorter.
