    Hi there, I have been using your plugin for the last few months and everything was working fine. Then I updated yesterday and all new orders were coming through as #0001. And then the orders were erroring/failing because there were duplicate order ID’s. I deactivated the plugin and reactivated, and still had the issue with the orders coming through as 0001. I then changed the start number and all the ids looked correct, but they were still repeating and erroring. Please advise!

    I have encountered the same issue previously as Sara. My website’s order numbers stop at #65 and started at #1 when the issue occurred. After updating to the latest version, the order numbers stop at #50 and started afresh. (Previously #51 became #1, #52 became #2 and so on).

    Is there anyway to resolve this issue?

    Hi @cheapndeal1,

    Apologies for the convenience caused. There was a bug in the previous release which we fixed in the latest one.

    You may pease go to plugin settings and reset the start number and update. You can set it as 1 and save. This would fix the issue.

    I have seen this statement in the setting “Updating this will regenerate all order numbers for new changes!” and I hope if I update the start number 94 then the next order will start from 94 and rest other order numbers will remain unchanged.
