    Hi,

I use the Google Language Translator (Free) on a couple of websites. I’ve done some maintenance updates, WordPress, Divi, Plugins etc and I can now no longer see the Translator on the live site. (see area where is should be in the bottom left corner of the site – in the footer).

On checking the settings it says:

    ‘For usage in header/footer/page templates; <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[google-translator]’); ?>

Has this changed recently as it has been working with just [google-translator] in a text module in the footer area.

If this is the cause can you please explain how to use the code? Should it be used in the Text module instead? Note that doesn’t seem to work. Should I be using this second code and if so how it is used? Where does it need to go?

    Many thanks

Hi, I’ve just updated the plugin on a third site. I performed updates to WP, Theme and plugins step by step to check what is happening and moving to 6.0.18 made it disappear on this site. Is there any way of rolling back to the previous version?

See area in footer under Translate Website on https://camp.herts.sch.uk

Have worked out how to roll back and it is now working again for vs 6.0.16

    Hello.

I’m would like to confirm that I too have this problem and it started when I updated to Version 6.0.18. Does not seem to be an issue with any of the previous versions.

I also had the same issue, rolling back to 6.0.16 fixed the problem for me as well.
